RETRUN POLICY 1) Regular items in original condition, unwashed, unworn & unmarked in any way, in original packaging with all tags intact receive a total refund from Alenora. 2) custom made items will be charged a re-stocking fee. Cancellation & Modification to an order 1) Standard shipping order can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours, however beyond 24 hours no changes will be entertained. 2) Express shipping & next day ship orders cannot be cancelled. All efforts will be made to accommodate your requests. Orders which have been processed and ready to be shipped will be treated as returns if asked to cancel. Return Process 1) Kindly send an email to your customer care at alenora.com, mentioning your compete mailing address, items for return/exchange and the reason therefore within 7 working days of receiving the package. 2) A return merchandise authorisation (RAM) will be sent to you along with a complete address to return the items through email along with necessary instructions. 3) Please ship at your merchandise within 7working days of receiving your RAM. Kindly ensure that you attach a copy of RAM response email along with your return merchandise only packed and sealed. 4) it will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and 3-7 working days for the credit to show in your account. 5) All refund claims can be made within 60days of the date of purchase. Transactions older then 60daywill be issued a store credit only. 6) Cost of return shipping is not covered and you will be responsible for return shipping charges. 7) we do not take any responsibility for any items in return shipping. If re-directed, your package will be treated as returned and return shipping charges will be assessed and levied. However if the package is lost or abandoned during return, you will have to bear the complete cost of the package. Re-Stocking Fees If the item received back is not in immediate re-saleable condition, upon inspection a 20-30% re-stocking fee may be charged as under : a)15% re-stocking fee on regular item not qualified for immediate sale. b) 25% re-socking fee on customized item and 4XL to 7XL size items as these are specifically customized to customer demand. b) The standard length for Abaya is 56" d) 30% re-stocking fee on item with missing tags which appear used or abused. e) No refunds on item intentionally damaged or altered. Return of Defective or wrongly Shipped Items At Alenora each garment is treated to highest standards of creation and passes through various stages of quality control. However there can be minor variations in colour shades as they appear on computer screen and the actual cloth colour received by you. Also in garments with hand embroideries, minor variations are accepted as per common industry standards. All returned merchandise is subjected to inspection If goods received by you are defective, then Alenora holds the responsibility for replacement with identical size and item only. Goods will be sent by standard shipping & will be free of shipping charges. On express shipping requests, the cost for express shipping will be added to your final order cost. we make full refund for item cost and shipping charges in case no replacement item is available with us. In case of wrong item delivery, the return shipping receipt must be attached along with the return form in order to receive credit for your return shipping cost. If is advised that return shipping should be made using $4.95 flat rate priority mail USPS envelop. In case of an alteration carrier alenora.com will refund the equivalent USPS priority mail fee.
